The space was clean and functional. Plenty of space. Formative years of my development were spent here.

Extremely agreeable and friendly landlord/management team, will respond accordingly and in a timely fashion for RPI students; lived in two properties with different room sizes and still were comfortable in both. Also did me a favor when I was in a tough spot, which I appreciate. Overall a great option for fellow RPI students, since the landlord is a mechanical engineer himself!!

Really enjoyed living here during school. It was only a short walk to RPI, and the place was pretty nice. Our landlord, Andrew was very accommodating to what we would like, and would get back to us quickly if we had questions. The kitchen although fairly minimal counter space had everything we needed to make good food. The beds were comfy, and the bathroom was good. Very glad there was in unit laundry. Highly recommend.

Affordable rent, a quiet neighborhood, and just a short walk to campus. It’s the perfect spot for students who appreciate a little separation between school and home.
